New agreement brings Blossom's cloud-native core and full-stack platform, built with

credit unions, to USC's network with the experience, service, and support of United

Solutions Company.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — October 1, 2026 — Credit unions face growing pressure to

modernize, run more efficiently and compete in a digital world. To help meet that

challenge, United Solutions Company (USC) today announced a strategic partnership

with Blossom, adding another premier core processing platform to its portfolio.

Through the agreement, USC will market, implement, and support Blossom's full

platform, giving credit unions access to modern and flexible core, digital banking and

card processing, backed by the personalized service, implementation expertise, and

long-term partnership that have defined United Solutions for more than four decades.

For credit unions, the partnership means greater choice. Rather than asking every credit

union to adapt to a single core, USC continues to expand its portfolio, so each can

choose the technology that fits its goals, with the guidance of a credit union-focused

CUSO.

“I like the Blossom product, its management team, and, most importantly, its philosophy.

Credit unions are constantly looking for ways to simplify their operations, provide bestof-breed products and services to their members, and reduce costs. Blossom does all three very well.

Why manage multiple vendors, deal with integration challenges, and watch costs

increase year after year when you can have one capable, modern platform that provides

virtually everything a credit union needs? Core, digital banking, card issuing, all

integrated. Blossom has taken that concept even further by manufacturing its own

ATMs and kiosks, running proprietary software that is integrated with everything else.

We’ve spent decades helping credit unions evaluate technology vendors. Most are

selling versions of the past. Credit unions can certainly spend more money on traditional core platforms. I would rather simplify our operation, lower our costs, and use those savings to provide better loan and share rates to our members. That is ultimately what a credit union should be focused on."

— Jim Giacobbe, President & CEO, United Solutions Company

“Blossom’s platform was built cloud-native from the ground up with credit unions and

designed to support AI and digital assets at the core level. Its integrated architecture

allows AI to work directly with live core data while bringing core banking, digital banking, card processing and other capabilities onto a common platform.

Whether a credit union is evaluating a core conversion or planning for growth, the

partnership offers a new option built for today's credit unions.

The credit union movement is one of the most compelling ideas in finance, but much of

the technology serving it was built for a different era,” said Alex Lopatine, Co-founder

and CEO of Blossom. “Credit unions are often forced to operate across multiple

systems and vendors that were never designed to work together, even as their

members increasingly expect seamless digital experiences.

We spent six years rebuilding that technology stack alongside credit unions — creating

one cloud-native, open and modular platform designed for the AI era. We’re honored

that United Solutions chose Blossom after extensive due diligence. Replatforming the

industry will require strong partners, and Jim and his team bring decades of experience

and trusted relationships across the credit union community.”

— Alex Lopatine, Co-founder and CEO, Blossom

Unlike traditional vendor relationships, the partnership pairs modern technology with the collaborative, member-first approach of two CUSOs, both owned by the credit unions they serve.
