Prior to rejoining USC, Webb served as a VP of Sales and Marketing at eCU Technology, where she partnered with financial institutions to deliver innovative online origination for both membership and lending solutions. Throughout her career, she has held executive leadership positions in sales operations, training and development, product management, leadership consulting, and compliance.

Webb’s professional background includes experience with nationally recognized organizations such as Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Jack Henry, Fiserv, CUNA Mutual Group, Southwest Business Corporation, and the FDIC. Her work with banks, credit unions, and lending institutions has helped organizations strengthen operational efficiency, improve client experiences, and support long-term strategic growth.
