TALLAHASSEE, FL – June, 2025 – United Solutions Company (USC), a leading Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO), in collaboration with Fiserv, successfully hosted the XP2 User Group Meeting on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. Held both in-person and virtually at USC’s Tallahassee headquarters, the event brought together credit union leaders from across the country for an afternoon of innovation, inspiration, and collaboration centered around the XP2 Core Processing System.

Designed for credit union professionals looking to enhance functionality, optimize workflows, and gain actionable insights, the event featured a full agenda of expert-led sessions and interactive discussions. Fiserv kicked off the meeting with an update on the XP2 development roadmap and a reaffirmation of their strong relationship with USC, emphasizing that XP2 remains a powerful, evolving platform with a long future ahead.

Attendees heard from a range of speakers who shared real-world experiences and strategies for leveraging XP2 in today’s fast-moving financial landscape:

· Shawna Long of Brightview Credit Union showcased how to create a visually dynamic and functional landing page within XP2 by using the platform’s image feature to

display branded visuals, timely messages, and internal campaigns—transforming the interface into an operational hub for staff.

· Matt Diersing, representing USC, demonstrated how credit unions can set up hyperlinks to external tools, resources, or intranet portals directly within XP2. This simple integration enables a seamless workflow and creates a centralized digital workspace for staff.

· Jared Silver, SVP of Digital Innovation at Hanscom FCU, and Rich Longo, FintechOS board member and credit union futurist, presented “Winning the Digital Member: Data, Bundles, and the New Front Door to Growth.” Rich outlined national trends in digital origination, including product bundling and personalized pricing, while Jared illustrated how Hanscom FCU is using FintechOS on top of XP2 to drive flexible digital onboarding and member acquisition—without needing to change their core system.

· USC also introduced an exciting new development: a proprietary AI solution designed specifically for XP2 users. The AI tool offers credit unions intelligent automation and data-driven insights to streamline operations and elevate the member experience.
