Long-term executive brings international banking and fintech expertise to SRM’s growing advisory practice
MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- SRM, a trusted advisory firm serving financial institutions globally, today announced that Shana Hennigan has joined the firm as Executive Vice President of Client Strategy. In this role, Hennigan will help to develop and support growth initiatives for SRM’s financial institution clients.
Hennigan brings over two decades of experience advising financial institutions and fintechs on deposit growth, liquidity, funding, and digital transformation strategies. Building on SRM’s comprehensive expertise across strategy, technology, payments, and sourcing, Hennigan brings extensive institutional knowledge and hands-on fintech expertise to SRM to help identify new opportunities, deepen existing relationships and extend the firm’s reach.

Hennigan’s career spans global financial institutions and high-growth fintechs, including leadership roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, IntraFi, and Safened. Most recently, as Chief Business Officer of Raisin US, she built and scaled a first-of-its-kind digital deposit platform from the ground up. Her unique vantage point and builder instinct gives her the rare ability to translate client needs into actionable strategy.
