Helping brands get more out of Corporate Comms

Professional Services builds on Presspage’s work with organisations including BT, Specsavers, Heineken, the University of Manchester, Booking.com and Rolls-Royce. Its purpose is straightforward: help teams use Presspage in a way that supports the pace and responsibility of modern communications.

The program will cover a set of practical areas that influence how teams use Presspage day to day. These may include crisis communication readiness, workflow and approval design, SEO and GEO reviews and industry benchmarking for PR impact. The aim is simple: help teams publish more reliably, reduce delays and understand how their work compares within their sector.

“We believe every organization can get more out of their communications efforts when they combine the right tools with the right expertise,” said Arinda Loef, Head of Professional Services at Presspage. “With Professional Services and our partnership with Metricomm, we are empowering our customers not only to manage their communications more effectively, but also to understand their true PR impact.”

Metricomm brings clarity to high-stakes decisions

Presspage is also strengthening the analytical side of communications work through a new partnership with Metricomm. Known for its strategic communications consulting and PR impact modelling, Metricomm helps teams understand how coverage influences reputation, whether an issue is likely to escalate and how an organisation compares with others in its field.

This collaboration gives Presspage customers access to deeper insight at moments where evidence matters. Media coverage influences how organisations are perceived, but its effect is often difficult to quantify. With this partnership, teams can access data that shows how reputation and outcomes shift over time, helps them understand the forces behind those changes and enables them to explain the impact of their work to leadership and business results like sales, stock price and brand value.

Presspage and Metricomm are working closely across product and advisory teams to help customers interpret these insights and apply them in their planning, while keeping each organisation’s services clearly defined.

The partnership will be announced at the PR Week Measurement Conference in London, where Metricomm will be delivering a keynote presentation on 'Capturing the C-Suite, with insights and metrics that inform strategic and financial choices'.
