NCR Voyix Completes Sale of Digital Banking Business

ATLANTA --Sep. 30, 2024-- NCR Voyix Corporation (NYSE: VYX) (“NCR Voyix” or the “Company”) announced today the completion of the previously announced sale of its Digital Banking business to Veritas Capital for a purchase price of $2.45 billion in cash plus future additional contingent consideration of up to $100 million.
