Award recognises her record of growing payments businesses and championing women in the industry

HERZLIYA, Israel. 29th October 2026: Lynda Clarke, General Manager UK at Nayax (Nasdaq: NYAX; TASE: NYAX), the global commerce enablement, payments and loyalty platform, has been named The Top 1% Leader of the Year at The Top 1% Workplace Awards.

The award recognises Lynda’s record of building and leading payments businesses, alongside her work supporting women and underrepresented talent across the industry.

Since joining Nayax in August 2025, Lynda has focused on developing the UK team and giving employees greater clarity over their roles, opportunities to progress and a stronger voice in the business. She has established a leadership team with shared responsibility for business performance and introduced regular all-hands sessions for the UK organisation to discuss results, priorities and progress.

Her approach has also included strengthening employee benefits and policies, including maternity and paternity provision, and making coaching and development part of everyday working life. Alongside individual mentoring, she encourages colleagues to share ideas, give feedback and learn from one another.

This work supports Nayax’s growth in the UK, where the company helps operators manage payments, monitor machine performance and build customer loyalty across vending, amusements and other unattended retail environments.

Beyond Nayax, Lynda has supported a range of initiatives to help women enter and progress in technology and financial services. These include leading a panel with FDM Group for female students and parents returning to work in technology, providing free coaching through Xpertise Recruitment Group, and launching workshops where women could anonymously share their experiences of working in male-dominated teams.

She has also spoken about inclusion and career progression at events including Money20/20 Europe, Open Banking Expo and the European Women’s Payments Network, drawing on more than 15 years’ experience across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Lynda began her payments career at Barclaycard before holding senior roles at Elavon and Network International. Before joining Nayax, she was Chief Operating Officer at Tribe Payments. Across these roles, she has built teams, launched payment products and helped businesses manage periods of rapid growth.

Lynda commented: “The things that make a difference to a team are often quite straightforward: listening to people, recognising the work they do and giving them the support and confidence to take the next step. The important part is following through consistently.

“At Nayax, I’m proud of how the team has come together, taken on more responsibility and supported one another as we grow. That same belief in helping people progress is what drives my mentoring work across payments. I’m delighted to receive this award and grateful to the colleagues and peers I’ve worked with and learned from along the way.”
