HERZLIYA, Israel. 17th September 2026: Nayax Ltd. (Nasdaq: NYAX; TASE: NYAX), a global commerce enablement, payments, and loyalty platform designed to help merchants scale their business, today announced a distribution agreement with GENDA Playnation Entertainment Ltd. to expand Tigapo, the Nayax cloud-based platform for arcades and family entertainment centers (FECs), across the UK.

GENDA Playnation is part of Japan-based GENDA Inc. (Tokyo Stock Exchange: 9166), operator of the GiGO arcade brand. The GENDA UK business runs approximately 100 amusement arcades and 125 mini-locations across around 170 venues. Under the agreement, GENDA Playnation will promote Tigapo to UK operators and hold equipment and provide support locally, giving operators a simpler route to adoption.

Tigapo connects payments, gameplay, player engagement, loyalty, redemption, and machine management in one cloud-based platform, extending the Nayax amusement offering from a single machine to full arcades and FECs. Guests can buy and top up game-card credits through the Tigapo app, while operators can access a central view of revenue, machine performance, and player activity, with integrated AI that surfaces real-time insights across venues.

The agreement forms part of a wider Nayax expansion in amusement across Europe, following 2026 Tigapo distribution deals with VP Sales Tech in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark; Golden Egg in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Germany; and ASC SRL in Italy. The partnership will initially focus on the UK, with plans to extend into other European markets.

"Arcades and FECs want technology that improves the guest experience while giving operators a clearer view of how their venues perform," said Huw Lewis, Managing Director at GENDA Playnation Entertainment Ltd. "Tigapo brings that together in one platform, and we look forward to introducing it to more UK operators with the local stock and support they need."

"Tigapo was built around the way arcades and FECs operate, so we understand the challenges operators face," said Lynda Clarke, General Manager UK at Nayax. "GENDA shares our understanding of this market and brings an established UK presence, giving us a strong foundation to expand further across Europe."

Nayax will present its complete amusement offering at IAAPA Expo Europe 2026, at ExCeL London from 22–24 September 2026. Visit the Nayax team on stand S4826.
