MSUFCU and Sparrow Health System Announce Partnership

LANSING, Mich. — MSU Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU) and Sparrow Health System have announced a partnership adding a new location at E.W. Sparrow Hospital and specialty offerings for employees.

“MSUFCU is pleased to partner with Sparrow leadership and to be returning to Sparrow to support caregivers, our members, and the community,” said April Clobes, President and CEO at MSUFCU. “This renewed partnership provides unique opportunities for financial education programs and specialized products. The new location will feature video tellers, a technology bar, and office space for member meetings.”

“We are excited to enhance our partnership with MSUFCU and for what it means for our community and our Sparrow team members,” said Margaret Dimond, Ph.D., Regional System President at University of Michigan Health, which includes Sparrow and UM Health-West. “MSUFCU has been a dedicated partner in the health of our community since their first gift to the Sparrow Foundation in 1994. We’re proud to partner with them to provide even more support for all those we serve together.”

During the announcement event, a $25,000 check was presented to the Sparrow Foundation to support the Care for the Caregivers Fund, Hospital Week, and Nurses Week.

Among other amenities, members will be able to schedule meetings with MSUFCU staff at a new location in E.W. Sparrow Hospital at 1215 E. Michigan Ave. in Lansing, which will open in summer 2024.
