Loyalty Credit Union Welcomes New Vice President of Lending

PENSACOLA, Fla. — Rachel Rathman has been announced as the vice president of lending for Loyalty Credit Union.


“We are thrilled to welcome her to our team,” said Park Broome, Loyalty president and CEO. “Her experience and leadership will prove invaluable as our Credit Union takes its next steps to grow and enhance our service to members.”


Rathman is responsible for oversight of the mortgage and consumer lending departments ensuring the quality and efficiency of the loan origination and servicing processes.


She previously worked in multiple roles with Westby Co-Op Credit Union in the Greater Madison, Wisconsin, area, including vice president of consumer lending, retail lending director and retail lending department manager. Prior to that, she held roles with Homefinity Loans, Summit Credit Union and BMO Harris Bank.


“My mission is to provide innovative and affordable financial solutions to our members and communities, while fostering a culture of trust, collaboration and excellence,” Rathman said.


Rathman received an associate degree in supervisory management from Madison Area Technical College and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
