Lisa Florian Honored with C-Suite Award for Leadership Excellence

Pittsburgh, PA – November 7, 2024 — Lisa Florian, President & CEO of Clearview Federal Credit Union, has been honored by the Pittsburgh Business Times with a prestigious C-Suite Award, recognizing Florian’s impactful leadership across the Pittsburgh region. As the leader of Clearview, one of Southwestern Pennsylvania’s largest credit unions, Florian oversees the financial well-being of more than 120,000 members and continues to expand Clearview’s presence and accessibility.

Florian has over 25 years of experience in the financial services and credit union industries. Florian joined Clearview in 2015 as the Assistant Vice President of Strategic Research and Analysis and rose through the ranks to assume her current President & CEO position. In her previous role at Clearview, she oversaw the digital strategy and marketing and orchestrated a full organization rebrand.

Since assuming her President and CEO role over a year ago, Florian has driven significant growth, including a 39% expansion of Clearview’s financial centers. She has helped embed community engagement into Clearview’s DNA and across operations.

“At Clearview, we are in the midst of a dynamic growth phase,” said Florian. “To sustain this momentum, I remain committed to fostering collaboration, equipping our team members with the resources needed to achieve their best work, and elevating unique perspectives to help us tackle every challenge. Receiving this C-Suite Award is a true honor and reflects the unwavering dedication of the Clearview team. It also serves as a powerful reminder of the exciting work and accomplishments that lie ahead in 2025 and beyond.”
