Partnership to Strengthen Data Strategy, Enhance Decision-Making, and Deliver Greater Value to Members

Portland, ME (05/11/2026): Harvard Federal Credit Union has selected Arkatechture, a leading provider of data analytics solutions for financial institutions, as its strategic data analytics partner. Through this collaboration, Harvard FCU will leverage Arkatechture’s Arkalytics platform to unify data, streamline reporting, and strengthen data-driven decision-making across the organization.

As Harvard FCU continues to advance its digital and data transformation initiatives, the credit union sought a partner that could help address the challenges of siloed data, manual reporting processes, and limited access to actionable insights.

“Like many financial institutions, our data exists across multiple systems, including our core banking system, digital banking, lending platforms, and other ancillary sources,” said Kriti Modi, Chief Information Officer at Harvard Federal Credit Union. “Creating a more connected data environment will help us better leverage insights to make informed business decisions.”

To overcome these challenges, Harvard FCU prioritized selecting a partner with deep financial institution expertise, scalable technology, and a collaborative approach.

“We were looking for a partner who could be more than just a technology implementation provider — one who could help guide us on our data journey with a strong understanding of the credit union industry and proven expertise in this area,” Modi added.

Arkatechture stood out for its specialized focus on credit unions and its scalable, cloud-native Arkalytics data warehouse and business intelligence platform. With cloud-native data warehouse capabilities and a prebuilt set of dashboards and reports designed for credit unions, the platform offers a faster path to building a strong, flexible, and scalable data foundation.

“Arkatechture distinguished itself through its deep industry knowledge, expertise, and scalability,” said Tom Montilli, Chief Operating Officer at Harvard Federal Credit Union. “The platform gives us confidence that it can support our long-term strategies for more advanced analytics, automation, and data-driven growth.”

Through this partnership, Harvard FCU aims to strengthen its data strategy, enhance operational efficiency, and improve access to insights across the organization. Key goals include centralizing data, reducing manual workflows, enabling better-informed decision-making, and delivering more personalized member experiences.

“We are optimistic that this partnership will provide us with a strong data foundation and position us well for long-term success,” Modi said. “It will help us centralize data, remove silos, improve operational efficiency, and better understand trends and performance so we can build more personalized member journeys.”

The collaboration will help equip Harvard FCU teams with timely, reliable insights from a centralized source of truth. With better access to data, business lines will be able to make faster, more informed decisions that support member needs and improve the products, services, and experiences Harvard FCU delivers.
