Coastal Credit Union Promotes Jennifer Gallagher to VP, Support Services & Branch Expansion

RALEIGH, N.C. (April 30, 2026) – Coastal Credit Union has promoted Jennifer Gallagher to Vice President of Support Services and Branch Expansion.

In this expanded leadership role, Gallagher will assume responsibility for all Coastal facilities, fleet management, security, safety, office space planning, mail services, and Enterprise Document Management. She will continue to be responsible for growing and optimizing Coastal’s network of branches and overseeing the ATM and Interactive Teller Machine fleet.

Gallagher has been with Coastal since 2003, most recently serving as Director of Branch Expansion and Optimization since 2022. In that role, she was instrumental in Coastal’s award-winning headquarters renovation project.  Gallagher has made significant contributions to Coastal throughout her career and has a wealth of knowledge and experience around project management, new branch construction, branch remodels, interactive teller machines and ATMs, IT networks, mergers, and cultivating critical vendor relationships across technology and service industries.
