AmeriCU Credit Union Strengthens Leadership Team with AVP and VP Appointments

ROME, NY – SEPTEMBER 31, 2026: AmeriCU Credit Union welcomed several new AVPs and VPs to its leadership team. These appointments, made over the past few months, reflect AmeriCU’s continued investment in experienced leadership to support members and create meaningful connections across the communities it serves.


Ivana Brelsford has been appointed Director of Data Strategy and Insights at AmeriCU Credit Union. In this role, she leads the development of enterprise data strategy and reporting capabilities that help drive informed decision-making across the organization. Prior to joining AmeriCU, Ivana spent 12 years with credit unions in the lower New York region, including Municipal Credit Union and FourLeaf Federal Credit Union building expertise across marketing, corporate strategy, and analytics. Her extensive experience provides a unique perspective on leveraging data to enhance member experience, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic outcomes.


Lucy Millan has been named Assistant Vice President of Innovation Delivery at AmeriCU Credit Union. In this role, Lucy bridges high-level strategy with practical field adoption, driving the rollout of digital tools, operational workflows, automation of manual processes, and innovation management. Lucy has extensive leadership experience in strategy, transformation, operational excellence, and business enablement within the financial services industry. Most recently, she led procurement, vendor management, automation, and organizational transformation initiatives at Municipal Credit Union, following senior leadership roles with TD Bank and Santander Bank. Lucia earned a Bachelor of Science and an MBA in Strategic Leadership from Fisher College and also holds certifications in Product Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Scrum.


Michael Kenyon has been appointed Assistant Vice President of Mortgage Underwriting & Secondary Execution at AmeriCU Credit Union. In this role, he oversees mortgage underwriting and secondary market functions, helping ensure underwriting quality, regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational effectiveness. Kenyon brings nearly 20 years of lending and financial services experience spanning mortgage banking, credit unions, commercial lending, consulting, and executive leadership. Prior to joining AmeriCU, he served as Vice President of Mortgage Services at Greenville Federal Credit Union and later as President and CEO of Northern Lights Federal Credit Union. Kenyon is currently completing an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from Longwood University and is pursuing the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager designation through the American Bankers Association.


Steve Feduccia has been appointed Vice President of Accounting at AmeriCU Credit Union. In this role, he leads accounting strategy and oversees financial reporting, internal controls, and fiscal management to support the organization's financial strength and long-term objectives. Feduccia brings more than 30 years of banking experience, beginning his career as an auditor with Fleet Bank (now Bank of America) and later spending 25 years at Adirondack Bank, where he served as Accounting Manager and Controller. His extensive financial leadership experience provides a strong foundation for enhancing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting AmeriCU's continued growth.
