Addition Financial Credit Union Partners with Rosen Preschools to expand ADDing FUNdamentals Community Impact Program
The program, now in its fourth year, teaches financial literacy to kids as young as four years of age
ORLANDO, Fla. (September 18, 2026) – Addition Financial Credit Union and the Rosen Preschools have joined forces for the ADDing FUNdamentals program, an innovative financial literacy program that introduces preschool-aged children to essential money management concepts through engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
Developed through a partnership with Junior Achievement of Central Florida and the Early Learning Coalition of Orange County, the ADDing FUNdamentals program teaches young learners foundational financial skills through interactive play and hands-on activities. Using Junior Achievement's JA Ourselves curriculum, children learn important concepts such as making choices, understanding needs versus wants and saving money. This marks the Rosen Preschools’ first year as a program partner, underscoring the organization's ongoing commitment to education and to creating opportunities for children and families throughout Central Florida.
As part of this initiative, volunteers from Addition Financial, Junior Achievement and Rosen Hotels & Resorts assembled backpacks filled with educational resources designed to help kids follow along with lessons and continue learning at home. A portion of the backpacks will be delivered to the Rosen Tangelo Park Preschool and Rosen Preschool (PS8) in Parramore. Addition Financial is also providing playhouses modeled after mini credit unions where students can practice money management skills through imaginative play.
