By Finn O’Potamus
Finopotamus launched the TechSolutions4CUs podcast in January 2023 with one thought in mind: Credit union technologists can benefit from hearing how their peers realized success by deploying various technologies and solutions. The podcast format was a one-on-one conversation between a credit union technologist and Finopotamus Publisher John San Filippo.
We intentionally started off slow, publishing one episode per quarter, to make sure we were on the right track. The 2023 episodes were:
KayCee Murray, SVP of Information Technology at Numerica Credit Union discussing digital banking
Gina Ramos, SVP and COO at Tulare County Federal Credit Union discussing core processing
Kevin Hall, CIO at WESTconsin Credit Union discussing core processing
Kim Capps, COO at Southern Bank discussing digital business banking
In 2024, we’re going to be much more aggressive with scheduling. We already have a half dozen slots filled and are in discussions for many more. We’ll be covering topics from artificial intelligence to zero-day vulnerabilities and everything in between.
Another change for 2024 is that we’re extending our one-on-one discussions to include representatives from the leading tech providers you want to know more about. These will not be fluff pieces. San Filippo, who has nearly 30 years of experience in credit union technology reporting, will ask the questions you want answered.
