Webinar: Credit Union Cybersecurity Challenges and Best Practices
Wednesday, April 29, 9:00 a.m. U.S. Central Daylight Time
The world online is incredibly dangerous, with more cyber threats being unleashed each day. That is why credit unions across the globe must expect to face a cyber breach and have a plan in place for what to do when it happens.
This World Council of Credit Unions Challenge 2025 webinar will examine the tools and technologies needed to successfully ensure your credit union and members stay protected in an increasingly hostile, connected environment. We will explore the real-world questions auditors are asking financial institutions about their information security and IT programs. We will also look at the different realities large and small credit unions are facing when it comes to cybersecurity, and how their approaches differ when it comes to defending themselves from online threats.
The webinar will feature presentations from:
Jonathan Cilley, Vice President of Information Technology, Hudson Valley Credit Union (USA)
Paul Treece, Volunteer IT Director, Lewisham Plus Credit Union Ltd. (UK)
