TYSONS, Va., June 17, 2021– Andrea McCarren, VP and Chief Content Officer of PenFed Credit Union, the nation’s second-largest federal credit union, was named Digital Leader of the Year in the PRNEWS 2021 Digital and Social Media Awards. The annual awards program, directed by PRNEWS and The Social Shake-Up, honors the most outstanding digital and social media communicators and their campaigns. PenFed Digital recently won 10 awards at the 42nd Annual Telly Awards for the creative content they produced, even amid the challenges of the pandemic.
