MSUFCU Welcomes Dr. Quinetta Roberson Connally, Ph.D., to Its Board of Directors

EAST LANSING, Mich. — Janet Lillie, Chair of the Nominations/Governance Committee of MSU Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU), is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Quinetta Roberson Connally, Ph.D., to the Credit Union’s Board of Directors.


Dr. Roberson Connally is the John A. Hannah Distinguished Professor of Management and Psychology at Michigan State University, prior to which she was on the faculty at both Villanova and Cornell. She has been a visiting scholar at universities on six continents and has more than 20 years of global experience in teaching courses, facilitating workshops, and advising organizations on leadership, talent management, and diversity. Dr. Roberson Connally has published over 40 scholarly journal articles and book chapters, and edited a Handbook of Diversity in the Workplace. Her research and consulting work focus on developing organizational capability and enhancing effectiveness through the strategic management of people, particularly diverse work teams, and is informed by her background in finance, having worked as a financial analyst and small business development consultant prior to obtaining her doctorate. She earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Maryland, and holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Delaware, and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.


Serving on the Board of Managers of MSUFCU’s holding company, Reseda Group, since March 2021, Dr. Roberson Connally has made many positive contributions. Her strong talent management and organizational capability skills have been an asset to the Reseda board, helping guide its future.
